Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with your Tang Sancai ceramic art. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 45 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 45 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Please include your order number when contacting us.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Log in to your account, open your order and click “Apply for return / exchange”, or email us at service@wemings.com with your order number and the reason.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we will ship a replacement after receiving your returned item. We will cover the shipping cost for exchanges due to our error or a defective item.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
