Production approx. 3-5 weeks after you confirm the quote — hand-thrown, glazed & fired
Shipping 5-10 days worldwide, fully insured, with tracking

Custom pieces are made to order — a 50% deposit starts production, the balance plus shipping is due before dispatch. Deposits are non-refundable and finished custom pieces are non-returnable except for damage in transit or manufacturing defects.

Every piece is thrown, glazed and kiln-fired by hand at our studio in Jingdezhen, China. Custom orders ship worldwide with full insurance.
