ABOUT THE WORK
Featherfield began as a scanned surface — a marbling bath that refused to behave — and was then reworked digitally until the striations read as feathers or riverbed sediment.
The ochre range is deliberately narrow so the piece can sit beside wood, leather and brass without competing.
